The Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Kate Forbes MSP, presented the Draft Scottish Budget 2021/22 to the Scottish Parliament today (Thursday, 28 January 2021).  Colleges Scotland welcomes this Budget, which recognises the need for investment in learners, staff and our colleges across the country.
