College Creators Fund Open for Applications
Students from across Scotland’s colleges are invited to apply for £25,000 prize fund to help get early-stage business ideas off the ground.
Open for applications until 16 February 2026, the fund will award ten prizes of £2,500 to the student-led projects which show the most promise.
Designed to help college students take their first steps towards entrepreneurship, the College Creators Fund also offers business training and the opportunity to join a cohort of like-minded students also embarking on their entrepreneurial journey.
“Innovation can be found in everyday life,” said Adam Kosterka, executive director of Converge, which is organising the Fund. “It can be smart solutions, faster services or everyday improvements. We want to hear from students who have got brilliant ideas for innovative businesses and just need a little help to get started.”
