Commenting on the Scottish Funding Council’s College Leaver Destinations 2022-23 report published today (Wednesday 16 April 2025), a spokesperson for Colleges Scotland said: 

“This is a positive report published today showing a slight increase in the numbers of college leavers going into work or university.  Colleges across Scotland are a first choice for people seeking great education and training and the report today shows the excellent opportunities that choosing college provides. 

“Employers keenly need college graduates to fill the critical skills gaps across many industries so it is encouraging that these statistics show the flow of college leavers moving to positive destinations.”
