Linda is passionate about the college sector and the opportunities it affords students to follow their dreams, believe in their abilities and achieve goals they perhaps didn’t know they had.

A former Vice-Chair of West College Scotland and a public sector leader with over 25+ years’ experience and key skills in policy development, good governance, stakeholder engagement, digital transformation, audit and scrutiny, best value and community planning.  

Linda is the Strategy & Customer Experience Manager at North Lanarkshire Council and from 2019-2025 was responsible for the delivery of the £25m digital transformation programme.  Introducing digital first, on-line 24/7 services and a new Customer Services Hub to provide more efficient customer interactions.  The community based Driving Digital Locally project won a Municipal Journal Award in June 2025 for transforming lives.

In September 2025 Linda was awarded a Fellowship by West College Scotland in recognition of her work on the Board and her commitment to the communities and students it serves.
